It’s been a rough winter, one of the coldest on record! Most of the country can’t wait to get through the month and say hello to warmer weather. As you look forward to the new season, it’s a great time to clean out that winter pantry and refresh the food selection in your refrigerator. February marks the last month for those winter-season fruit and vegetables like buttercup squash, sweet potatoes, chestnuts and even grapefruit.
